Our custom-made soaps are carefully crafted based on a thorough consultation, tailored to your unique skin type and lifestyle.

Custom Order Process

  1. Discover Your Skin with a Trial Set
    Begin by trying our complete trial set.
    Based on your experience, we will identify the soap that best suits your skin. This will serve as the foundation for your bespoke soap.

  2. Consultation & Hearing
    We carefully discuss your skin concerns, desired texture, ingredients, scent preferences (essential oils or not), usage, and quantity.Contact us

  3. Design & Proposal
    Samples of fragrance, color, and shape are prepared, and the final vision is shared with you.

  4. Creation
    Once approved, each soap is handcrafted with care. Delivery typically takes 2–3 months.

  5. Completion & Delivery
    Your finished soap is shipped. For gifts, packaging and labels can be customized.

Lead Time

Since each soap is meticulously handmade, please allow approximately 2–3 months from order to delivery.
For large orders or complex designs, lead times will be discussed individually.

オーダーメイドの石鹸は、あなたの肌質やライフスタイルに合わせてヒアリングを行い、丁寧に制作していきます。

オーダーメイドの流れ

  1. まずはトライアルセットをお試しください。
    弊社のトライアルセットをお試しください。その上で、貴方の肌質に合うものをお選び下さい。それをベースに、貴方に合った石鹸をお作りしていきます。

  2. ご相談・ヒアリング
    現在のお肌トラブルやお求めになる肌質、材料、香り（エッセンシャルオイルの有無）、用途、数量などをお伺いします。Contact us よりお問合せください。

  3. デザイン・ご提案制作開始
    香りや色、形のサンプルをご提案し、仕上がりイメージを共有します。

  4. 制作開始ご承認後、手作業で丁寧に制作を進めます。約２〜３ヶ月のお時間を頂戴します。

  5. 完成・お届け
    仕上がった石鹸を発送。プレゼント・ギフトなどにご利用される場合には、包装やラベルのデザインなどもカスタマイズ可能です。

納期について

オーダーメイド石鹸は、一つひとつ手作業で作るため、ご注文から約２〜３ヶ月を目安にお届けいたします。
大量注文の場合や複雑なデザインの場合は、納期を個別にご相談させていただきます。
